p>h3>Due to COVID 19 the Office is currently closedThe Delves estate is situated on the south side of Walsall which boarders the borough of Sandwell. The area has a very good transport network, with Bescot and Tamebridge train station is about a 10 minutes walk from the residential area and there are good bus links to Walsall town centre and other major towns such as West Bromwich and Birmingham. The M6 motorway is less than a mile away and joins onto the M5, M1 and M45.
The estate consists of mainly two and three bedroom pre-war houses; together with a limited amount of four bedroom and parlour type. We also have one and two bedroom low-rise flats for older residents situated on the main West Bromwich Road, Middleton Close and Bell Drive.
All of our properties have undergone a major works programme so that our homes can be more energy efficient and meet the decent homes standard.
What we do
We carry out a full range of housing services including allocations/lettings, rent collection, repairs, caretaking, environmental improvements, tenancy management, estate management and housing/benefit advice.
