Overview

Leamore Residents Association manages 1 and 2 bed flats and 3 bed maisonettes in a total of 16 high and low rise blocks. Seven of the blocks are specifically designated for mature tenants. Leamore is ideally situated on a main bus route between Walsall and Bloxwich, giving easy access to both shopping areas. We have good healthcare provisions and leisure facilities nearby. Local shops adjacent to the site include a Post Office, Chemist and a florist.

What we do

Leamore Residents Association aims to provide a good quality service to tenants in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner. We aim to provide a pleasant and secure housing estate. We place a high priority on enhancing security measures and making improvements to the surrounding environment. We continue to strive to improve
the service to our tenants in the future, and continue to make the estate a happy and safe place to live.

Small number of three bedroom maisonettes, some one & two bed low rise flats & with the majority being two bed high rise flats.
