Ethelred Estate lies in Kennington, Central London & within both the TFL congestion charging zone & the Ultra-Low Emission Zone. It comprises of both residential homes and commercial properties & it falls within the London Borough of Lambeth and is also close to Southwark.

For residents there’s a choice of one to five bedroom townhouses. 

Most of the accommodation comprises low rise blocks with the majority being built in the 1970s. At just a 2 minute walk from the Thames and almost opposite the Houses of Parliament this estate is incredibly sought after.
